POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

Rescheduling/Cancelation Policy: There is a $25 fee for rescheduling or canceling an appointment less than 48 hours in advance. If rescheduling/canceling the day-of, the client is required to pay 50% of the services booked. Clients must pay fees before scheduling future appointments. 

Late Policy: Our services offered are time-sensitive. If running late for an appointment, please let us know ASAP. If more than 10 minutes late, please understand that we may not be able to take you that day which would result in having to pay the 50% service rescheduling/cancelation fee.

 

**Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies where prior notification is not possible

Clients MUST call or text (352) 888-4988 to update us on your appointment. Cancelations via email and social media are not accepted.
